Job Description
We are looking for detail-oriented and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as UHRS.ai Contributors. As a contributor, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks that help improve AI and machine learning algorithms. These tasks can range from data labeling and annotation to relevance rating and content evaluation.

Responsibilities:
- Data Annotation and Labeling: Accurately label and annotate data sets including images, audio, text, and video to train machine learning models.
- Relevance Rating: Evaluate and rate the relevance of search results, advertisements, and other content to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Content Evaluation: Review and assess user-generated content, websites, and other digital assets for compliance with specific guidelines and standards.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on completed tasks to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Task Management: Manage and prioritize a queue of tasks to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
- Reporting: Provide feedback on task guidelines and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications.
- Device: A computer with the ability to access the internet and complete surveys.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines and instructions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and evaluate data critically and objectively.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data labeling and annotation tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
